Are you an Alabama resident?

This screen is designed for patients seeking in-person evaluation under the current Alabama medical cannabis framework.

This quick screen is educational only. Final eligibility, dosing, and certification decisions require an in-person physician evaluation and current Alabama compliance.
6-Question Quiz

Answer a few questions and see the likely next step.

The quiz checks residency, age, condition pattern, treatment history, records, and how you want to move forward. It does not replace the physician evaluation.

  • Guides patients toward scheduling, texting, or calling.
  • Supports paper records as a real fallback.
  • Keeps the next step clear before the visit is requested.

Important Alabama notes

  • Certification evaluations are handled in person.
  • Products are purchased separately through licensed dispensaries.
  • Smoking, vaping, and raw flower are not part of the approved medical product path.
